How It Works

Step 1: Reserve your spot below. Justin will text you within minutes to book your first session (Saturday morning or Monday evening).

Step 2: Session 1 — 1-on-1 with Justin. He runs your assessment, takes baseline measurements, talks through your goals, and hands you a custom workout plan.

Step 3: Sessions 2 & 3 — Group training sessions. Train alongside other challenge participants with Justin coaching the room. Community + accountability.

Step 4: Train on your own between sessions with full 24/7 gym access. Follow your plan. Get accountability check-ins.

Step 5: Session 4 — 1-on-1 check-in with Justin. He reviews your progress, retakes measurements, adjusts your plan, and maps out what's next.

Step 6: By Day 28, you've built a habit, seen results, and have a coach who knows your name. Most people keep going.

Does my $49 apply toward membership?
Yes. If you join any membership tier after your 28 days, the $49 is credited toward your activation fee. So you're not paying twice — you've already covered it.
What happens after 28 days?
You pick a membership tier that works for you — starting at $19.99 bi-weekly. Your $49 is credited toward your activation fee. The $39.99 tier includes a monthly session with Justin to keep your progress going. If you decide not to continue, just let us know before Day 29 — no pressure.
What if I can't make a scheduled session?
Give Justin 24 hours notice and he'll move you to the next available slot. Sessions run Saturday mornings and Monday evenings, so there's flexibility.
Is this just a sales pitch for personal training?
No. You get a real workout plan, real training sessions, and real results. Some members do continue with paid PT after the challenge because they like having a coach — but there's zero pressure. The $49 challenge stands on its own.
When are the training sessions?
