Justin came to fitness through a college football injury that led him deep into kinesiology and biomechanics. He's trained everyone from 25-year-olds who've never touched a barbell to 70-year-olds rehabbing knee replacements. He builds programs that meet you exactly where you are — and keeps you accountable so you actually follow through.
How It Works
Step 1: Reserve your spot below. Justin will text you within minutes to book your first session (Saturday morning or Monday evening).
Step 2: Session 1 — 1-on-1 with Justin. He runs your assessment, takes baseline measurements, talks through your goals, and hands you a custom workout plan.
Step 3: Sessions 2 & 3 — Group training sessions. Train alongside other challenge participants with Justin coaching the room. Community + accountability.
Step 4: Train on your own between sessions with full 24/7 gym access. Follow your plan. Get accountability check-ins.
Step 5: Session 4 — 1-on-1 check-in with Justin. He reviews your progress, retakes measurements, adjusts your plan, and maps out what's next.
Step 6: By Day 28, you've built a habit, seen results, and have a coach who knows your name. Most people keep going.
