Teens in the Ahwatukee area can work out at Anytime Fitness Ahwatukee North starting at age 14. Whether your teen is training for a school sport, building confidence, or just wants to stay active, we provide a safe, supervised environment.
Teen Membership Policies
- Ages 14-15: Can work out when a parent/guardian with an active membership is present
- Ages 16-17: Can work out independently with a signed parental waiver on file
- Ages 18+: Full independent membership

Justin works with teens on proper form, age-appropriate programming, and sport-specific training. Building good habits early prevents injuries and sets up a lifetime of fitness.
