If you do our 28-Day Challenge ($49), that amount is credited toward your activation fee.
What if I only have 20 minutes?
Twenty consistent minutes beats two sporadic hours. The layout is built for efficient workouts. Many members are in and out in 30–40 minutes and see real results.

What does a personal training session with Justin look like?
Your first session is a full assessment. Justin evaluates your movement, talks through your goals and any injuries, and builds a custom program on the spot. Ongoing sessions are typically 45-60 minutes of coached training where Justin adjusts every set in real time. He also checks in between sessions to keep you accountable.
